We do not sell the battery separately. If the battery has a charging problem, please try to purchase the same type of battery specification from your local electronic/phone/camera store.
Since it is still in the 30 day return period for Amazon, we suggest you return the defective unit to Amazon for exchange/refund. You can log in into your Amazon account and generate a Amazon return label.
4. After I connected the charger to the camera the red light comes on the unit, there is no way for me to check if the battery is full as the camera does not switch on at all. The red light does not go out. How do I know if the battery is charged? The red light does not go out.
The indicator light would light up and turns off after fully charged.
The battery power icon will appear on the bottom left of the LCD screen.
If you charge it for a few hours, but run out of power quickly, the battery is broken.
